I know this is based off of scientific research…so I don’t want to really disagree.
But, I’m pretty sure that after I play coed soccer (it’s official - I’m getting back on the field) the number of hours I’ll be in a great mood after each game will far surpass 12.

This ‘Green Energy Gym’ uses the energy expended from workouts to then generate more electricity. Pretty cool, right? Not only does it raise awareness for energy usage, but it educates people on healthy living as well. 

Who wouldn’t want to have a workout here?
