Because this morning’s run wasn’t easy…

I thought this was appropriate.
My Tuesday runs always seem to give me the most difficulty, and I think I’ve come up with a valid reason why: I have both Sunday and Monday off from running, so my muscles stiffen up and get tight. What I will have to do is daily stretches regardless of my workout, and get my legs ready for a run at any time. Anyone have any insight on this?
Nonetheless, checking this Tuesday run off my list today and following up with a pat on the back. Then following up with an abs class and maybe a little cardio dance to wrap up the day. Who’s working out today?
