This….was the running route that I took during my 7-mile run this morning. Let’s just say it was a very interesting workout.
I found my biggest challenge not to be my stamina, or having the energy to continue on, but to avoid face-planting in various locations around the city. Speaking of, dearest Boston plow trucks: it appears that there was a significant percentage of the city that was untouched…was this anticipated?
Regardless of the weather conditions [and the fact that I felt like I was cross-country skiing moreso than actually running] I completed my weekend run and can check off another week of my training program. That’s a big win for me.
Who else attempted to run in this wonderful first-snowfall-of-the-winter day?

Great job! It’s raining here, and I won’t run in the rain. Can’t imagine in the snow either!
