Arguably more important than the actual running part of my training program is my diet and nutrition, and this does not come without its obstacles. I’m a vegetarian; I’m lactose-intolerant; I’m just never hungry enough to eat the recommended 2,500+ daily calories.
So, I’m trying. I’ve been looking up protein recipes, bought myself some tofu, and try to snack throughout the day. I’ve also come to fall in love with my recent breakfast meal:

Greek yogurt, dried cranberries and granola.
Food is one of my favorite things in this world, and if I do it right it will only benefit me during my runs.
