I've been told that I can't run until this...
according to my doctor. Within the past couple of days I have hit a brick wall and my body is yelling at me. What I originally thought was the flu (thank goodness I was completely wrong about that) ended up being that I’m very dehydrated and my electrolyte levels are super low. Go figure. So now my doctor tells me I need to give my body a rest this week before I try pushing it even harder....

Because this morning's run wasn't easy...
I thought this was appropriate.  My Tuesday runs always seem to give me the most difficulty, and I think I’ve come up with a valid reason why: I have both Sunday and Monday off from running, so my muscles stiffen up and get tight. The event in which my headphones fail me.
